The outdoor arena at Irish Day is a lighted 100m x 300m arena with a custom blend of sand and two sprinkler systems for irrigation. We have beautiful trees inside the arena which provide a shaded area on some of our hottest days during the riding lessons. In 2005, Katie and Hans had a full size bank built, reminiscent of Katie’s Irish Days in Greystone’s County Wicklow, Ireland. It was here that she realized how much the incline helped her with the fitness of her top athletes and they re-created these hills in the form of a bank in the outdoor ring.
Irish Day Farm also has a beautiful two acre field at the front of the property for flatwork and trail riding.
